摘要
在多元文化的美国,患者来自不同的文化背景,其世界观、价值观、宗教信仰等文化因素在很大程度上影响了他们对疾病和就医行为的认知。注重对医学生和医务人员跨文化医疗能力的态度、知识和技能培养已成为美国医学教育的重要标准。该做法对我国跨文化医疗教育和培训,提升医学生和医务人员的跨文化医疗能力有一定的借鉴意义。
As a multicultural country,the United States has patients from diverse cultural backgrounds,whose worldviews,values and religious beliefs can largely affect their cognition of diseases and health seeking behaviors.Emphasizing the cultivation of attitudes,knowledge and skills of cross-cultural medical capability of medical students and medical staff has become an important standard of medical education in the United States.This practice has certain reference significance for China's cross-cultural medical education and training,as well as the improvement of the cross-cultural medical capability of medical students and medical staff.
