Discussion on Equipment Maintenance and Management of Fever Clinic During COVID-19

目的分析发热门诊医疗设备配置,建立符合发热门诊特点的设备管理模式。方法确立设备功能、风险等级、设备关键度、使用寿命和故障率等五个确定因素,并建立相应评语集,然后利用层次分析法得出权重,通过模糊变换计算出设备重要度,划分出发热门诊设备巡检周期和维护模式。同时,归纳发热门诊设备维护的特殊性。结果经计算5个优先度指标集权重分别为0.146、0.504、0.235、0.080和0.035,根据优先度指标将设备类型划分成高、中、低风险三类,同时归纳其对应维护模式。结论通过模糊层次评价法,找到一种适合发热门诊实际情况的设备管理模式。

Objective To analyze the medical equipment configuration of fever clinic and to establish an equipment management mode in line with the characteristics of fever clinic.Methods Five determining factors such as equipment function,risk level,equipment criticality,service life and failure rate were established,and the corresponding comment set was established.Then the weight was obtained by analytic hierarchy process,the equipment importance was calculated by fuzzy transformation,and the inspection cycle and maintenance mode of medical equipment in fever clinic were decided.The particularity of fever clinic equipment maintenance was summarized.Results The weights of the five priority index sets were 0.146,0.504,0.235,0.080 and 0.035,respectively.According to the priority indexes,the equipment was divided into high,medium and low risk categories,and their corresponding maintenance modes were summarized.Conclusion The fuzzy hierarchy process helps identify an equipment management mode suitable for fever clinic.
