摘要
本文以北医三院西线污水站改造项目为例,明确质量控制对象,引入全过程管理模式,运用SWOT分析模型、AHP层次分析法、4M1E等管理方法,形成从前期调研、设计、运行多阶段的全过程质量管理体系。项目实施过程中,采用先进污水处理工艺,克服场地局限等技术难题,满足了污水处理量与质的需求,缓解医院日益增长的污水处理压力。该项目结合技术与管理,希望为同行提供借鉴思路,推动医院污水处理行业发展。
This paper elaborated the practice of the reconstruction project of west line sewage station in the Peking University Third Hospital.Quality control objects were identified and whole process management mode was introduced.The whole process quality management system covering the stages including preliminary investigation,design and operation was established using SWOT,AHP and 4M1E methods.During the implementation of the project,the hospital used advanced sewage treatment technologies and overcame space limitation,meeting the demand for quantity and quality of sewage treatment and relieving the growing pressure of sewage treatment.The combination of technology and management in the project can provide reference for other hospitals and promote the development of hospital sewage treatment industry.
