中山市西区沙朗镇60岁及以上老年人新冠疫苗接种意愿及影响因素研究

Study on the Willingness and Influencing Factors of New Crown Vaccination among Elderly People Aged 60 and above in Shalang Town,West District,Zhongshan City

了解中山市沙朗镇地区60岁及以上老年人新冠疫苗接种意愿及影响因素,探讨影响老年人接种率原因及为提高接种率提供建议。通过分层随机抽样选取镇区大于等于60岁及以上的老年人为调查对象,采用自拟问卷对老年人进行访谈。数据使用Excel录入接种意愿及影响因素采用SPSS 26.0软件分析。共136名老年人参与调查,有效问卷100份,接种率为46%(n=100)。单因素分析表明身体原因未接种疫苗的老年人占比较高(52%),高血压等基础疾病为影响疫苗接种主要病种(P<0.01),多因素分析显示年龄为影响因素之一(P<0.01)。沙朗镇区60岁以上老年人新冠疫苗接种率低是身体以及年龄因素。为提高老年人接种率,基层社区可通过举办宣教或增加接种满意度等方式实施。

To understand the willingness and influencing factors of the new crown vaccination among the elderly 60 years and older in Shalang Town,Zhongshan City;to explore the reasons that affect the coverage of the elderly and to provide suggestions for increasing the coverage.By stratified random sampling,the elderly who were 60 years old and above in the town were selected as the survey subjects,and self-developed questionnaires were used to interview the elderly.The data was entered using Excel,and the inoculation willingness and influencing factors were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software.A total of 136 elderly people participated in the survey,with 100 valid questionnaires,and the vaccination rate was 46%(n=100).Single factor analysis showed that the elderly who were not vaccinated for physical reasons accounted for a relatively high proportion(52%).Basic diseases such as hypertension were the main diseases affecting vaccination(P<0.01).Multifactor analysis showed that age was one of the influencing factors(P<0.01).The low rate of new crown vaccination among the elderly over 60 years old in Shalang Township is due to physical and age factors.In order to increase the vaccination rate of the elderly,grassroots communities can organize publicity education or increase vaccination satisfaction.
