坚持人民至上是中国共产党在长期革命实践中积累的历史经验,也是战胜新冠疫情的重要原因。当前,人民至上是衡量常态化疫情防控工作成效的根本标准,统筹疫情防控、民生保障和经济发展就是要坚持人民至上,从战胜疫情走向治理现代化;要继续贯彻群众路线、践行人民至上,做到突出人民利益导向,将制度优势更充分地转化为治理效能;要聚焦人民需求,提高社会治理的科学化水平;要扩大公民社会参与,提高社会治理法治化水平;要大力弘扬抗疫精神,将人民至上落到实处。

Adhering to the supremacy of the people is the historical experience accumulated by the Communist Party of China in its long-term revolutionary practice,and it is also an important reason for defeating the COVID-19 pandemic.At present,putting the people first is the fundamental criterion for measuring the effectiveness of the regular epidemic prevention and control work.Overally planning epidemic prevention and control,livelihood protection and economic development means putting the people first and modernizing governance from victory over the epidemic;we must continue to implement the mass line,practice putting the people first,highlight the orientation of the people's interests,and more fully transform the institutional advantages into governance efficiency;we must focus on the needs of the people and improve the scientific level of social governance;we must expand the participation of civil society and improve the rule of law in social governance;and we must vigorously promote the anti-epidemic spirit and put the people first.
