摘要
以某厂4700-5000m^(3)大型高炉2001年1月-2017年8月生产数据为对象,分别分析了高炉煤比与焦炭质量、炼焦配煤结构的变化关系。结果表明:①焦炭转鼓强度满足高炉要求,高炉煤比与焦炭反应性呈正相关性,高炉煤比与反应后强度呈负相关性;②高炉煤比与炼焦配煤中强黏煤比例呈负相关性,高炉煤比与炼焦配煤中气煤比例呈正相关性;③焦炭质量的改进方向是保持焦炭转鼓强度满足高炉要求条件下,降低焦炭灰分,并重新认识焦炭反应性。
The relationships between the BF coal rate and coke quality and between BF coal rate and coking coal blending structure of were analyzed based on the production data of 4700~5000 m^(3) BFs of a plant collected from January 2001 to August 2017.The analysis results indicate that:(1)when the coke strength from drum test meets the smelting need of BF,the BF coal rate is positively correlated with CRI,but negatively with the CRS;(2)BF coal rate is negatively correlated with proportion of strongly caking coal blended in the coking coal,and positively with proportion of gas coal blended in the coking coal;(3)The coke quality improvement should be oriented to reducing coke ash,and re-understanding the coke reactivity index under the precondition that the coke strength after drum test satisfies the smelting need of BF.
