摘要
对武钢8号高炉使用湿熄焦面临的问题及应对措施进行了总结。通过分析湿熄焦对高炉冶炼的影响,对面临一系列的问题有了充分的认识。在对湿熄焦质量进行全程管控的基础上,在不缩小进风面积的情况下,高炉积极进行上部操作制度调整,着重解决了60天的长时间湿熄焦冶炼过程中,风量减少、炉顶温度降低、休风后复产困难等向题。通过几次装料制度的调整后,维持了与干熄焦冶炼相同的风量,取得了与干熄焦冶炼相同的技术经济指标。
The problems and countermeasures of application of wet quenched coke in WISCO No.8 BF are summarized.By analyzing the impact of wet quenched coke on BF smelting,we are clear about a series of problems faced.In addition to controlling the wet quenched coke quality in the whole process,we modulate the stock charging system without reducing the blast inlet area,overcoming the problem of decrease of blast volume and top temperature while using wet quenched coke for 60 days,and the problem of difficult to fulfill the target production after blow-off.By modulating the charging system for several times,we achieve the same blast volume and the same techno-economics indicators as the smelting with dry quenched coke.
