摘要
对酒钢7号高炉炉底密封板开裂原因进行了探讨分析。7号高炉开炉2年后,炉底密封板开裂,裂缝宽度15~50mm,煤气泄漏严重,生产期间多次采取补焊、打围带架筋板、灌浆等措施,以减缓炉底密封板开裂及煤气泄漏,但未能彻底解决炉底密封板开裂问题。停炉后,重点对炉底密封板开裂原因进行了调查分析,认为高炉内衬耐材膨胀、风□带设计及选材不利于吸收膨胀,以及炉底冷却强度较低、施工质量差等是主要原因。
The reason of the bottom sealing plate cracking occurred in Jiuquan Steel No.7 BF is discussed and analyzed.Two years after blowing on,the bottom sealing plate of the said furnace cracked with crack width of 15~50mm,resulting in serious gas leakage.Remedy measures are taken during the production to abate the severity of such problems,including repair welding,reinforcing with circumferential ribs,and casting refractory materials.However,all these measures fail to eliminate the cracking problem.With furnace blown off,we investigate and analyze the said problem,and figure out that cracking occurs mainly because of following reasons:expansion of BF refractory lining,which is not adequately absorbed due to the sign of the tuyere section and the material used,low cooling intensity of the furnace bottom,and poor construction quality.
