摘要
本文对石灰石中物相组分在湿法烟气脱硫中的化学行为和反应机理进行研究,在石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫体系中,除石灰石主要成分CaCO_(3)外,石灰石中杂质-固溶体MgCO_(3)也会参与反应。研究CaCO_(3)和MgCO_(3)与烟气中SO_(2)、SO_(3)及HCl、HF等酸性组分的反应行为,分析反应发生的优先顺序,对湿法烟气脱硫物料衡算、脱硫系统设计具有指导意义。
The chemical behavior and reaction mechanism of compositions in limestone in wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)are studied.In limestone-gypsum WFGD system,in addition to the main component of limestone CaCO_(3),the soluble MgCO_(3)in limestone also participates in the reaction.This paper studies the reaction behavior of CaCO_(3)and MgCO_(3)in WFGD in the presence of SO_(2),SO_(3),HCl and HF in flue gas,and analyzes the priority of reaction,which has guiding significance for calculation of material balance and system design in WFGD.
