摘要
以壳聚糖纤维和黏胶纤维为原料,通过水刺非织造工艺,制备6种不同配比的壳聚糖/黏胶水刺非织造材料,并对试样的规格结构、透气性、机械力学性能、润湿性、保液率等进行研究,分析原料配比对产品各项性能的影响。结果表明:适当增加黏胶纤维含量,可提高试样的孔隙率、透气性和机械力学性能,并改善试样的润湿性、保液率,壳聚糖/黏胶水刺非织造材料可用作面膜基布和医用伤口敷料。
Chitosan and viscose fiber were used to prepare chitosan/viscose spunlaced nonwovens with six different ratios by spunlaced nonwovens processing technology. The specification structure, air permeability, mechanical properties, wettability and liquid retention of the samples were studied. The influence of raw material ratio on the properties of the product was analyzed. Results showed that properly increasing the content of viscose fiber could improve the porosity, air permeability and mechanical properties of the samples, as well as the wettability and liquid retention. Chitosan/viscose spunlaced nonwovens can be used as face mask base and medical wound dressing.
