双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者治疗后残留症状影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of residual symptoms in patients with depressive episode of bipolar disorder after treatment

目的探讨双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者治疗后残留症状的影响因素。方法将77例双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者设为研究对象,治疗后采用汉密顿抑郁量表评估残留症状情况,收集患者资料,分析双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者残留症状的影响因素。结果入组患者中有23例患者治疗后存在残留症状,发生率为29.9%。性别、睡眠障碍情况、治疗期间发作次数、发作时伴认知障碍情况、服药依从性是双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者治疗后残留症状的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者治疗后残留症状发生率较高,与性别、睡眠障碍情况、治疗期间发作次数、发作时伴认知障碍情况、服药依从性有关,临床应引起重视。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of residual symptoms in patients with depressive episode of bipolar disorder after treatment.Methods A total of 77 patients with depressive episode of bipolar disorder were selected as the research object,and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) was used to assess residual symptoms after treatment.The data of patients were collected and the influencing factors of residual symptoms in patients with depressive episode of bipolar disorder were analyzed.Results Among the enrolled patients,23 patients had residual symptoms after treatment,and the incidence was29.9 %.Gender,sleep disorders,number of episodes during treatment,cognitive impairment during episodes,and medication compliance were all influencing factors for residual symptoms in patients with depressive episode of bipolar disorder after treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The incidence of residual symptoms in patients with depressive episode of bipolar disorder after treatment is relatively high,which is related to gender,sleep disorders,number of episodes during treatment,cognitive impairment during episodes,and medication compliance,and clinical attention should be paid.
