运动引导想象训练联合Roy适应模式干预对老年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者情绪 认知功能及生活自理能力的影响

Effect of motion-guided imagination training combined with Roy adaptation mode on mood,cognitive function and self-care ability of elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke depression

目的探讨运动引导想象训练联合Roy适应模式干预对老年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者情绪、认知功能及生活自理能力的影响。方法将118例老年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组59例。两组均给予帕罗西汀联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗及常规护理,在此基础上对照组给予运动引导想象训练,观察组给予运动引导想象训练联合Roy适应模式干预,观察3个月。比较治疗前后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、简易精神状态量表、日常生活自理能力量表评分。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组简易精神状态量表及日常生活自理能力量表评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.05),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动引导想象训练联合Roy适应模式干预能显著改善老年缺血性脑卒中患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,改善其认知功能及生活自理能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of motion-guided imagination training combined with Roy adaptation mode on mood,cognitive function and self-care ability of elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke depression.Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke depression were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with paroxetine combined with flupenthixol melitracen and routine care.On this basis,the control group was given motion-guided imagination training,and the observation group was given motionguided imagination training combined with Roy adaptation mode for 3 months.The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),mini-mental state examination(MMSE),and activities of daily living(ADL) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of MMSE and ADL in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the obsevation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Motionguided imagination training combined with Roy adaptation mode can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of elderly patients with ischemic stroke,and improve their cognitive function and self-care ability.
