摘要
利用黄芪和党参非药用部位栽培平菇和金针菇,并对其子实体进行安全性评价。结果显示,党参、黄芪采收后收集的茎叶,用于栽培平菇和金针菇,重金属铅、镉、铬、总汞、总砷、铜的含量均符合食品安全国家标准GB 7096-2014食用菌及其制品,217种农药残留符合国家标准GB 2763-2019食品中农药最大残留限量标准的规定,急性经口毒性试验证明,黄芪、党参茎叶栽培的平菇、金针菇为无毒级食品。研究说明黄芪、党参非药用部位用于栽培食用菌,安全性高。
Pleurotus ostreatus and Flammulina velutipes were cultivated from non-medicinal parts of Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula. As shown in results, the contents of mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium and chromium all meet the national food safety standard-edible fungi and its products(GB 7096-2014). 217 kinds of pesticide residues in fruit body cultivated with C. pilosula and A. membranaceus residue met the national food safety standard-maximum residue limits for pesticides in food(GB 2763-2019). Acute oral toxicity test showed that P. ostreatus and F. velutipes cultivated by two substrates were non-toxic food, which indicated that non-medicinal parts of A. membranaceus and C. pilosula could be used for cultivation of edible fungi.
