共同富裕视域下全面加强劳动教育的思考

An In-depth Thinking on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in the Perspective of Common Prosperity

共同富裕是社会主义的本质,是中国共产党百余年来坚持不懈的奋斗目标,也是自古以来中国人民的美好理想。研究认为,劳动教育作为中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,对于培养社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要的战略意义,对于推动实现共同富裕亦有着独特的价值。这主要表现为促进人的全面发展、促进经济社会高质量发展、凝聚发展共识,为推动实现共同富裕奠定高素质人才基础、丰富的物质基础和强大的思想基础。研究建议,在扎实推进共同富裕的新历史时期,需在思想认识、教育内容和实现目标等着力点上进一步强化劳动教育。

Common prosperity is the essence of socialism,the unremitting goal of the Communist Party of China for a century,as well as the ideal dream of the Chinese people since ancient times.The study concludes that labor education,as an important component of the socialist educational system with Chinese characteristics,has strategic significance in cultivating socialist builders and successors,and has unique value in promoting the realization of common prosperity.This is mainly manifested in promoting comprehensive human development,promoting high-quality economic and social development,building a consensus for development,and laying a high-quality talent base,a rich material foundation,and a strong ideological foundation for achieving common prosperity.The research suggests that,in the new historical period of solidly advancing common prosperity,labor education needs to be further strengthened in aspects of ideological awareness,educational content,and the realization of goals.
