SPS烧结温度对WCoB-TiC金属陶瓷组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用放电等离子烧结工艺制备WCoB-TiC金属陶瓷,研究了烧结温度对WCoB-TiC组织及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,金属陶瓷密度和硬度先增加后减小。当烧结温度为1300℃时,WCoB-TiC金属陶瓷组织致密性最佳,密度达到9.33g/cm^(3),并且硬度及抗弯强度最大,分别为92HRA和824 MPa。烧结温度从1100℃增加至1300℃时,金属陶瓷断裂方式逐渐由解理断裂转变为准解理断裂。当烧结温度达到1400℃时,晶粒长大导致金属陶瓷各项力学性能下降。 WCoB-TiC cermets were prepared by the spark plasma sintering process.The effects of SPS temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of WCoB-TiC were investigated.The experimental results show that the density and hardness of the cermets firstly increase and then decrease with the increase of sintering temperature.When the sintering temperature is 1300℃,the microstructure compactness of the WCoB-TiC cermet is the best,the density reaches 9.33g/cm^(3),and the hardness and bending strength are the highest,which are 92HRA and 824MPa,respectively.When the sintering temperature is increased from 1100°C to 1300°C,the fracture mode of the cermets gradually changes from cleavage fracture to quasi-cleavage fracture.When the sintering temperature reaches 1400℃,the grain growth leads to the decline of various mechanical properties of the cermet.
