摘要
作者采用调查问卷形式对山东省5所高职高专院校98名在职英语教师进行了教师职业认同现状调查。统计分析发现,山东省高职英语教师职业认同水平一般,其四个维度,即职业行为倾向、教育改革认同、职业环境认同和科研认同之间呈现显著正相关关系,而职业环境认同和教育改革认同对于职业认同总分解释度最大。据此,作者就如何提高高职英语教师职业认同水平提出了相关建议。
This study analyzed the current vocational college English teachers'professional identity based on the investigation of 98 vocational college English teachers from 5 vocational colleges in Shandong Province with the instrument of College English Teachers'Professional Identity Scale.Statistical analysis indicated that vocational college English teachers'professional identity is in general at a medium level;the four factors of this scale indicated the significant positive correlations between each other;the identity of vocational environment and the identity of educational reform explain most for the sum.In light of the findings,some suggestions were provided at last.
