电梯125%载荷制动试验是验证电梯制动器制动性能的重要试验项目,在日常检验工作中,往往只是直观定性地判断制动效果的符合性,未能定量的测试出制动减速度的数值,对判定制动结果缺乏一定的数据支撑。文中介绍一种测试电梯紧急制动减速度的方法,以及在测试过程中安全注意事项。

The 125%load braking test of elevator is an important test item to verify the braking performance of elevator brake.In the routine inspection work,it is often only an intuitive and qualitative judgment of the conformity of braking effect,the value of braking deceleration can not be measured quantitatively,and there is no certain data to support the judgement of braking result.This paper introduces a method to test the deceleration of emergency braking of elevator,and points for attention in the course of testing.
