跨航道预应力混凝土变截面连续梁桥拆除施工技术

摘要 随着我国经济的发展,基础建设日新月异,部分原有的高速公路老路已不能满足既有的车辆通行,需在原老路的基础上进行改扩建工程施工,原高速公路老桥由于经过长期重载车辆的通行,加上受原来的设计、施工水平的限制,导致其出现了一定程度的病害,需在原桥位处对其进行拆除重建施工,拆除重建施工不同于新建桥梁的施工,其施工外部环境、受力情况等往往发生了较大的变化,需针对该种变化,采取合适的施工方法,确保施工的顺利进行。本文以杭州至南京高速公路(浙江段)改扩建工程第02标段龙溪港桥及新展桥老桥的拆除为依托,对跨航道的变截面预应力混凝土连续梁关键技术进行详细介绍。 With the development of our country's economy,infrastructure construction is changing rapidly,part of the original old highway road can no longer meet the access of existing vehicles,reconstruction,reconstruction and expansion works shall be conducted on the basis of the original old road,the original highway old bridge due to long-term heavy vehicles,in addition to the original design,construction level of restrictions,it has led to a certain degree of disease,it shall be dismantled and rebuilt at the original bridge site,demolition and reconstruction construction is different from the construction of new bridges,the external environment and stress situation of its construction have often undergone great changes.For this change,adopt appropriate construction methods,ensure the smooth progress of the construction.This paper is based on the demolition of Longxi Port Bridge and Xinzhan Bridge in the 2^(nd) section of the reconstruction and expansion project of Hangzhou-Nanjing expressway(Zhejiang section).The key technology of prestressed concrete continuous beam across channel are introduced in detail.
