The new era puts forward higher requirements for the emergency capacity of grass-roots social governance.This paper analyzes the system and mechanism advantages of the current grass-roots social governance emergency capacity,and the shortcomings,it puts forward improvement measures such as subject diversification,model informatization and system scientization.
