随着知识经济时代的到来,档案管理工作不能够仅局限于“收管存”模式,以知识管理为导向的档案管理理念成为新兴的转型方向,提质增效、强调知识的重要性是目前档案管理工作的首要目标。本文探讨了知识管理与档案开发利用的关系,阐述了档案资源开发与利用原则,结合当前档案开发利用中存在的问题,提出针对性的解决措施。

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,file management cannot be limited to the"receip,custody and storage"mode,the concept of archives management guided by knowledge management has become a new transformation drecion,improve quality and efcienc emphasizing the importance of knowledge is the primary goal of archives management.This paper discusses the relationship between knowledge management and archives development and uliation,this paper expounds the pinciples of the development and uilization of archival resources,combined with the problems exiting in the development and uilizationon of archives,propose trgeted solutions.
