本文以苏州市城市管理数据赋能应用实践为例,聚焦城市管理精细化、科学化、智能化,综合运用大数据理念和技术,构建数据赋能应用场景,旨在打造“大数据+城市管理”新模式的一些主要新思路。

Taking the application practice of urban management data empowerment in Suzhou as an example,this paper focuses on the refinement,scientization and intelligence of urban management,comprehensively uses the concept and technology of big data,constructs the application scenario of data empowerment,and creates some main ideas and practices of the new model of"big data+urban management".
