摘要
在我国医疗卫生事业进入深度转型的阶段,人才是医院的第一资源,对于保持和加强医院的竞争优势有极其重要的作用。为了让医护人员对工作更加满意,充分调动和激发全体医护人员的工作积极性,本文深入全面地分析当前医院人力资源管理存在的问题和不足,基于激励理论的视角探讨医院人力资源管理策略,构建合理公平的医院医护人员激励管理体系,促进医院的长远持续发展。
As my country's medical and health industry enters the stage of deep transformation,talents are the hospital's first resource,and they play an extremely important role in maintaining and strengthening the hospital's competitive advantage.How to make medical staff more satisfied with their work,fully mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm of all medical stag for this reason,this article deeply and comprehensively analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of the current hospital human resource management,and discusses the hospital human resource management strategy based on the perspective of motivation theory,to build a reasonable and fair hospital medical staff incentive management system to promote the long-term sustainable development of the hospital.
