如何做好社会组织登记档案的整理与管理

摘要 社会组织规模大、成员数量多是社会的第三方主体,需要采用规范化的管理措施,促进社会组织的健康有序发展。目前,在社会组织管理体系中,涉及社会组织登记档案管理办法,意在加强社会组织登记档案的规范化管理,对其成立、变更、注销、章程核准等进行登记,保存社会组织具有利用价值的文件材料,由民政部门负责登记与档案的整理管理。但是在实际的操作中存在一定的不足,影响到登记档案整理与管理的规范化发展,因此本文就如何做好社会组织档案整理与管理进行了论述,提出了解决方法,并给出了做好整理与管理档案的建议。 Social organizations are large in scale and have a large number of members.They are the third-party subjects of the society and need to adopt standardized management measures to promote the healthy and orderly development of social organizations.At present,the social organization management system involves the management of social organization registration files,which is intended to strengthen the standardized management of social organization registration files;and to register its establishment,modification,cancellation,and charter approval,so as to preserve the value of social organizations.Documents and materials,the civil affairs department is responsible for the registration and file management.However;there are certain shortcomings in the actual operation,which affect the standardized development of the registration and management of archives.Therefore;this article discusses how to do a good job in the organization and management of social organization files,proposes solutions,and gives advice on managing files.
