浅谈国土空间规划体系下主体功能区优化及传导

On the Optimization and Transmission of Main Functional Areas under the Land Spatial Planning System

主体功能区的优化与传导,是主体功能区战略得到贯彻落实的关键,从国家相关政策和规定来看,主体功能区即城镇化发展区、农业农村现代化发展区以及生态经济发展区。各级分区体系有着与之相对应的判别体系,也有着相应的清单管控、项目实施传导机制,能够推动国土空间规划体系的有效落实。基于此,本文对国土空间规划体系下主体功能区优化及传导进行了研究分析。

Optimization and conduction of main functional areas’it is the key to the implementation of the main functional area strategy.From the perspective of relevant national policies and regulations,the main functional areas are urbanization development area;agricultural and rural modernization development area and ecological economic development area.The zoning system at all levels has a corresponding discrimination system,there are also corresponding list control and project implementation transmission mechanisms,it can promote the effective implementation of land spatial planning system.Based on this,this paper studies and analyzes the optimization and conduction of main functional areas under the land spatial planning system.
