急性缺血性脑卒中血栓成分的组织病理学与多模式影像研究进展

Research progress of histopathology and multimode imaging of thrombi in acute ischemic stroke

急性缺血性脑卒中具有较高的致残率和致死率,给社会及家庭带来严重的负担。机械取栓治疗大大提高了大血管闭塞的再通率,改善了预后。多模式影像技术以及机械取栓术中的血栓的病理学研究可以辅助诊断脑血管病的病因,预测临床预后。本文拟对急性缺血性脑卒中血栓成分的影像学与组织病理学研究进行综述,以期为临床诊疗提供依据。

Acute ischemic stroke has a high disability rate and mortality rate, which brings a serious burden to society and families. Mechanical thrombectomy has greatly improved the recanalization rate of large vessel occlusion and improved the prognosis. Multimodal imaging techniques and pathological studies of thrombi in mechanical thrombectomy can aid in the identification of the cause of cerebrovascular disease and predict clinical outcomes. In order to provide references for clinician, the imaging and histopathological studies of thrombotic components in acute ischemic stroke are reviewed.
