供需视角下文化遗产智慧数据资源服务模式研究

从供需视角出发,探究文化遗产智慧数据资源应用和服务问题,对于活化文化遗产、推动文化遗产融入时代需求具有重要意义。首先,该文阐释了文化遗产智慧数据资源服务的内涵;其次,从宏观、中观、微观三大视角阐述了多元主体的需求转变,分析了文化遗产数据资源供给端“创造”需求的能力不足和需求端“牵引”供给的能力不强的两大矛盾;最后,构建了供需视角下的文化遗产智慧数据资源服务模式,并给出供给侧提升服务水平、构建“供给侧—需求侧”沟通与协调渠道、需求侧优化针对性服务三个方面的具体对策。

From the perspective of supply and demand,exploring the application and service of cul⁃tural heritage smart data resources is of great signifi⁃cance to the activation of cultural heritage and the promotion of cultural heritage integration into the needs of the times.First,it interprets the connota⁃tion of cultural heritage smart data resource servic⁃es.Second,it elaborates the changes in the needs of multiple subjects from the three perspectives of macro,meso,and micro,and analyzes the two ma⁃jor contradictions between the insufficient ability of the supply side of cultural heritage data resources to"create"demand and the weak ability of the de⁃mand side to"lead"the supply.Finally,a cultural heri⁃tage smart data resource service model from the perspective of supply and demand is constructed,and specific countermeasures are given to improve service levels on the supply side,optimize targeted services on the demand side,and build communica⁃tion and coordination channels between the supply side and the demand side.
