摘要
本研究以糠醛为主溶剂[1],正丁醇为辅助溶剂回收废润滑油,并在改善油品质量的同时提高油品的收率。通过考察不同精制温度与剂油比对油品质量以及收率的影响,并且多次实验得出辅助溶剂的最佳加入量。通过实验以及对产品润滑油性能的检测得出剂油比(体积比)为2∶1,精制温度为85℃,辅助溶剂添加量(正丁醇∶糠醛,质量比)为15%时,精制得到的润滑油为淡黄色,产品最终收率为80.6%,40℃时黏度为5.44×10^(-4)mm^(2)/s,折光率为1.4646。由于油品的改善与收率的提高,因此该工艺经济及环保前景可观。
In this study, furfural-based solvents, butanol auxiliary solvent recycling of waste lubricating oil, and improve the quality of oil, while increasing the yield of oil. By examining the different refining temperature and catalyst to oil ratio on the oil quality and yield, and several experiments obtained the best of the auxiliary solvent. Obtained through experiments and detection of product lubricant performance: the catalyst to oil ratio(volume ratio) of 2∶1, the refined temperature of 85 ℃, the auxiliary solvent butanol added(n-butanol: furfural, mass ratio) of 15 % of refined lubricants yellow, the final product yield of 80.6 %,40 ℃ viscosity of 5.44×10^(-4)mm^(2)/s, the refractive index was 1.4646. Due to the improvement of oil yield increase.Therefore, the process has considerable environmental protection and economic prospects.
