摘要
通过静态和动态吸附实验研究了亚胺基二乙酸型D401离子树脂对铅离子的吸附和再生性能。静态吸附实验着重研究了溶液pH值、吸附处理时间及再生剂的选择,动态吸附实验着重研究了流速对吸附的影响以及树脂失效后的再生率。实验结果表明D401树脂对含Pb2+废水具有较强的吸附能力,树脂的最佳吸附pH值为5.6,吸附时间14 h,吸附容量可达391 mg/g。进水流速4 BV/h时,穿透吸附容量最高。采用质量分数均为10%的硫酸-氢氧化钠二阶段再生,综合再生效果最好,再生率达92.8%,对D401树脂反复运行6次,树脂对Pb2+的吸附容量依然能达到初始吸附容量的80%以上。
The adsorption and regeneration properties of iminodiacetic acid D401 ionic resin for lead ion were studied by static and dynamic adsorption experiments. The static adsorption experiment focuses on the solution pH value, adsorption treatment time and the selection of regenerant. The dynamic adsorption experiment focuses on the influence of flow rate on adsorption and the regeneration rate after multiple failures. The experimental results show that D401 resin has strong adsorption capacity for Pb;containing wastewater. The optimal adsorption pH value of the resin is 5.6, the adsorption time is 14 h, and the adsorption capacity can reach 391 mg/g. When the inlet flow rate is 4 bv/h, the penetration adsorption capacity is the highest. The comprehensive effect of sulfuric acid sodium hydroxide two-stage regeneration with mass fraction of 10 % is the best, and the regeneration rate is 92.8 %. After repeated operation for 6 times for D401 resin, the adsorption capacity of the resin for Pb;can still reach more than 80 % of the initial adsorption capacity.
