关于环保型水性聚氨酯油墨探究

水性油墨作为一种环保型油墨被广泛运用于各类食品、医药等包装印刷中,正逐步取代溶剂型油墨成为印刷业重点使用油墨。水性聚氨酯作为影响水性油墨特性的主要材料,极大的影响了油墨抗水性、耐热性、黏性等特性,对于水性油墨起到关键作用。因此怎样有效减少水性聚氨酯抗水性差等缺点,同时增加油墨的实用性能,满足更高的环保要求成为了各国油墨研究的主要方向。本文对水性油墨发展历史进行了综述,对水性油墨的应用与市场分析、水性聚氨酯研究进展进行了论述,同时对水性油墨的进一步发展作出了展望。

As an environmentally friendly ink, water-based ink is widely used in packaging and printing of various food and medicine, and it is gradually replacing solvent-based inks as the most important ink used in the printing industry. As the main material that affects the characteristics of water-based inks,water-based polyurethane greatly affects the water resistance, heat resistance, and viscosity of the ink, and plays a key role in water-based inks. Therefore, how to effectively reduce the shortcomings of water-based polyurethanes such as poor water resistance, while increasing the practical performance of the ink, and meeting higher environmental protection requirements has become the main direction of ink research in various countries. This article reviews the development history of water-based inks, discusses the application and market analysis of water-based inks, and the research progress of water-based polyurethanes. At the same time, it provides a prospect for the further development of water-based inks.
