摘要
垃圾渗滤液因其具有污染物浓度高、成分复杂、环境风险大的特点,目前已经被政府各级主管部门所重视,尤其是中央和地方环保督查组所到之处的必查问题之一。目前全国垃圾渗滤液处理普遍采用的是“生化+膜浓缩+浓缩液回灌”处理工艺,或者“膜浓缩+回灌”的应急工艺。但浓缩液长时间回灌填埋场会产生非常严重的后果。任何采用回灌工艺的技术均为不可持续的,只是问题的积累和拖延。本文通过对垃圾渗滤液全量化处理方法的研究,探索垃圾渗滤液100%全量化达标排放的处理方法,以确保渗滤液处理系统的长期稳定运行。
Landfill leachate has been paid attention to by government departments at all levels because of its characteristics of high concentration of pollutants,complex composition and great environmental risk, especially by central and local environmental inspection groups. At present, the treatment process of landfill leachate is “biochemical + membrane concentration + concentrated liquid recirculation”, or the emergency process of “membrane concentration + recirculation”.However, the long-term recharge of concentrated liquid into landfill will produce very serious consequences. Any technology that uses the repot process is not sustainable, just an accumulation of problems and delays.In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the leachate treatment system, this paper explores the treatment method of the leachate 100 % quantitative discharge to meet the standard through the study of the leachate full quantitative treatment method.
