黄河流域某污水处理厂准Ⅳ标准工程设计案例分析

摘要 黄河流域某污水处理厂近期设计规模为3万m;/d,污水处理工艺采用改良AAO+磁混凝沉淀池(预留活性炭投加)+转筒精密滤池,具有占地少、投资省、调配灵活、运行稳定可靠的特点,运行期间出水各项指标可稳定达准Ⅳ类水标准。本工程总投资为12204万元,其中建安费为8549万元,直接运行成本为0.86元/m;。 The recent design scale of waste water treatment plant(WWTP) in the Yellow River Basin is 30000 m;/d.The sewage treatment process adopts improved AAO+magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank (reserved activated carbon dosing)+rotary precision filter.It has the characteristics of low investment,flexible allocation and stable and reliable operation.During the operation,various indexes of effluent can stably reach the class IV water standard.The total investment of the project is 122.04 million yuan,of which the construction and installation cost is 85.49 million yuan and the direct operation cost is 0.86 yuan/m;.
