换热器为LNG换冷站的关键核心设备,在换热器上正确的设置安全阀是保护设备和系统安全的重要措施之一。本文研究了LNG换冷站换热器设置安全阀需要考虑的几种工况,并对各工况下安全阀泄放量的计算进行了说明。换热器换热管破裂工况较为特殊,本文参考国内外标准及文献,对换热管破裂工况下安全阀设置及泄放量计算进行了详细说明。

Heat exchanger is the key equipment of LNG cooling station. Correctly setting safety valve on the heat exchanger is the important measure to protect the safety of equipment and system. Several cases were studied which need to be considered when setting safety valve in heat exchanger, and the calculation of relief capacity for heat exchange safety valve was explained. The tube rupture case of heat exchange is special. Referring to domestic and foreign standards and documents,the setting and calculation of relief capacity for heat exchange safety valve was described in detail under the tube rupture case.
