摘要
本论文一种具有金刚石拓扑结构的三维共价有机骨架(COF-DL229)与环氧树脂的复合物涂覆于不锈钢基底,制备了一种纤维型固相微萃取器,并与气相色谱-质谱法联用,建立了水基质中苯乙胺和酪胺的检测方法。与商品化的SPME纤维相比,COF-DL229萃取器对苯乙胺和酪胺的萃取效率具有显著的优势。在优化后的SPME条件下,上述建立的检测方法对苯乙胺和酪胺的线性范围分别为10~500μg·L^(-1)和10~1000μg·L^(-1);检出限分别为0.01μg·L^(-1)和1μg·L^(-1),日内相对标准偏差为8.47%~10.04%,日间相对标准偏差为11.32%~14.95%。
Herein,a 3D-COF with diamond topology,COF-DL229,was coated with epoxy resin on a fibrous stainless steel substrate to fabricate a SPME extractor.It was combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to detect phenylethylamine (PE) and tyramine (TYR) in aqueous solution.Under the optimized SPME conditions,the method shows wide linear range of 10~500μg·L^(-1)(PE) and 10~1000μg·L^(-1)(TYR),low detection limits of 0.01 and 1μg·L^(-1),good repeatability (the relative standard deviations of 8.47%~10.04%for intraday and 11.32%~14.95%for interday).
