摘要
氨基糖苷类抗生素自问世以来就在临床治疗中发挥着重要的作用。随着经济的发展和抗生素的广泛应用,抗生素所引发的细菌耐药性给生态环境以及人类健康带来巨大的风险。本文对国内外氨基糖苷类抗生素菌渣的检测方法以及资源化无害化技术进行总结归纳,为合理利用氨基糖苷类抗生素菌渣、控制抗生素耐药性的传播以及提高菌渣无害化处理与资源化利用安全性提供参考,以促进抗生素制药企业的健康发展。
Aminoglycoside antibiotics have played an important role in clinical treatment since their inception. With the development of economy and the wide application of antibiotics, bacterial drug resistance caused by antibiotics brings great risks to the ecological environment and human health. In this paper, the detection methods and resource harmless technologies of aminoglycoside antibiotic residues at home and abroad are summarized, which can provide reference for rational utilization of aminoglycoside antibiotic residues, control the spread of antibiotic resistance and improve the safety of harmless treatment and resource utilization of residues, so as to promote the healthy development of antibiotic pharmaceutical enterprises.
