摘要
材料耐老化性能对于提高木塑复合材料的使用寿命至关重要。本文采用正交试验法研究木粉粒径、挤出温度、挤出机喂料速度、挤出机主机频率四个因素对PP基木塑复合材料的耐老化性能影响程度大小。实验结果显示4个因素对老化后材料静曲强度和色差影响程度大小为:木粉粒径>挤出机主机频率>挤出温度>挤出机喂料速度。最佳造粒工艺条件是:木粉粒径为100目-80目;挤出温度为180/185/190/195/200/205/210/205℃;喂料速度为:6 Hz;主机频率为18 Hz。混配工艺的主要目标是提高各材料之间的相容性以提高材料的耐老化性能。
The aging resistance of materials was very important to improve the service life of wood plastic composites. The effects of wood flour particle size,extrusion temperature, extruder feeding speed and extruder host frequency on the color difference and static bending strength of PP based wood plastic composites after aging were investigated by orthogonal test. The results showed that the effects of four factors on the static bending strength of aged materials are wood powder particle size>host frequency>extrusion temperature>feeding speed. The optimum granulation conditions are as follows: the particle size of wood flour is 100 mesh-80 mesh;The extrusion temperature is 180/185/190/195/200/205/210/205 ℃;Feeding speed: 6 Hz;The host frequency is 18 Hz. The main goal of mixing process was to improve the compatibility between materials and improve the aging resistance of materials.
