摘要
本文研究OSMAC策略下海洋真菌FYF J-9化学成分多样性。采用正交实验方法考察不同培养基、海水盐度和培养时间等因素对红树林内生真菌FYF J-9次级代谢产物的影响。实验结果表明:影响次级代谢产物产量因素依次为:培养基>海水盐度>培养时间,综合微生物外观分析与TLC指纹图谱分析,最终确定红树林内生真菌FYF J-9最佳发酵培养条件分别为大米培养基(33.3 g/L、20 d)。
In this study, the one strain many compounds(OSMAC) strategy was confirmed the chemical diversity of mangrove endophytic fungus FYF J-9. The optimal fermentation conditions of the strain were performed by adjusting the culture conditions under different medium, salinity and culture time. The results showed that the factors affecting the yield of secondary metabolites were as follows: culture medium>seawater salinity>culture time. Finally, the optimal fermentation conditions of mangrove endophytic fungus FYF J-9 were with rice medium in salinity 33.3 g/L(20 d) on the basis of microbial fermentation appearance analysis and TLC fingerprint analysis.
