摘要
选取铜离子浓度为1.0×10;mol/L作为研究对象,而显色剂用量为2.00 mL,通过采用双硫腙分光光度法测铜离子吸附前后吸光度的变化来研究壳聚糖对铜离子的吸附效果。在吸附实验中得出:pH约为6,吸附振荡时间为1 h,在温度为25℃时,质量分数为1%,0.6 mL的壳聚糖对20 mL,1.0×10;mol/L的铜离子的吸附率达到了95%左右。同样条件下对电镀废水的铜离子去除率达到94.6%。此研究结果表明,壳聚糖可用于含铜等重金属离子废水的处理。
The copper ion concentration was 1.0×10;mol/L as the research object,and the amount of color developer was 2.00 m L.The change of the absorbance before and after copper ion adsorption was measured by dithizone spectrophotometry to study the effect of chitosan on copper ions.adsorption effect.In the adsorption experiment,it is concluded that the pH is about 6,the adsorption oscillation time is 1 h,the mass fraction is 1%when the temperature is 25℃,and 0.6m L of chitosan is to 20 mL,1.0×10;mol/L of copper ions The adsorption rate reached about 95%.Under the same conditions,the removal rate of copper ions from electroplating wastewater reached 94.6%.The results of this study show that chitosan can be used for the treatment of wastewater containing copper and other heavy metal ions.
