摘要
利用大物质分选机+制浆分选机对餐厨垃圾进行预处理,在正常生产的情况下,探究大物质分选机和制浆分选机正常生产时对原始餐厨垃圾中杂物的去除效率。试验结果表明:利用两级分选对原始餐厨垃圾进行预处理,对杂物的去除效果较好,大物质分选机去除了原始垃圾中30.72%的杂物,制浆分选机去除了原始垃圾中50.15%的杂物,两级分选共去除了原始餐厨垃圾中80.87%的杂物。
The food waste is pretreated by the large material separator + pulping separator. Under the condition of normal production, the removal efficiency of sundries in the original food waste and the loss degree of organic matter caused by the large material separator and pulping separator are explored. The test results show that the two-stage separation has a good effect on the removal of sundries. The large material separator removes 30.72 % of the sundries in the original waste,and the pulping separator removes 50.15 % of the sundries in the original waste. The two-stage separation removes 80.87 % of the sundries in the original kitchen waste.
