摘要
以广东某危废站处理规模为900 m^(3)/d的尾水深度处理工程为例,进行了工艺设计解析。工程采用垂直流人工湿地工艺处理含盐且水质波动大的危废站尾水,在设计时着重填料种类和结构的优化、配水及出水系统的设计,并充分考虑出水异常情况下的处理方法,设计了不同的运营模式,保证出水达到地表水Ⅳ类标准。该工程是一项集污水处理、科普教育、休闲游憩于一体的创新性工程,可为高盐条件下垂直流人工湿地设计提供理论依据和技术参考。
Based on the tail-water advanced treatment project in a hazardous waste station of 900 m^(3)/d in Guangdong, the process design was analyzed. The vertical flow constructed wetland process was used to treat the salty tail water with great quality fluctuation in the station. The optimization of filler type and structure,system design of water distribution and outlet was focused during designing. Meanwhile, fully fully considered the solution of abnormal discharge, multiple operation modes were designed to ensure the outlet water achieve class IV standard for surface water. This project is an innovative project integrating sewage treatment, popular science education and leisure and recreation, which is able to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the design of vertical flow constructed wetland under high salinity conditions.
