摘要
上海老港固体废物综合利用基地的垃圾处置量位居全球前列,充分利用老港基地的各项资源,打造具有国际先进水平的资源循环利用产业示范基地,对于确保上海城市安全运行、提升上海生态环境质量、引领绿色低碳发展方式具有十分现实的意义。本文通过研究以日本北九州生态城、东京都超级生态城、德国瑞曼迪斯力普园、美国蒙特雷、法国马赛和中国重庆渝北及广州福山为代表的典型资源循环利用园区,分析了上述园区的建设布局形式,以期为上海老港固体废物综合利用基地功能定位提供借鉴。
Making full use of the resources of Laogang Resource Recycling Industrial Park to build an international advanced resource recycling industry demonstration base is of great practical significance to ensure the safe operation of Shanghai, improve the quality of Shanghai’s ecological environment and lead the green and low-carbon development mode. This study analyzed the construction status of Kitakyushu and Tokyo Eco-City in Japan, Remedies in Germany and Monterey in America of Resource Recycling Industrial Park. The construction layout of the above parks is analyzed to provide reference for the functional positioning of Shanghai Laogang resource recycling industrial park.
