摘要 随着我国人民生活质量的提高,人们对日常所食蔬菜中农药残留污染问题高度重视,在进行农药的残留检测时,需要对样品进行前处理,因此,农药残留检测的前处理技术及相应检测技术也相应快速发展。本文主要通过介绍目前应用最为广泛的蔬菜中农药前处理技术以及检测技术的研究进展,包括固相萃取、固相微萃取、QuEChERS法、凝胶渗透色谱法、微波辅助萃取法等前处理技术以及色谱-质谱联用等检测技术。旨在为蔬菜中农药残留分析检测技术今后的发展与完善提供数据参考。 With the improvement of people’s quality of life in China, people pay great attention to the problem of pesticide residue pollution in daily vegetables.In the detection of pesticide residue, it is necessary to pretreatment the sample. Therefore, the pretreatment technology of pesticide residue detection and the corresponding detection technology are also developing rapidly. This paper mainly introduces the research progress of the most widely used pesticide pretreatment technology and detection technology in vegetables, including solid phase extraction, solid phase microextraction, QuEChERS method, gel permeation chromatography, microwave assisted extraction and other pretreatment technology, and chromatography-mass spectrometry detection technology. The purpose is to provide data reference for the development and improvement of pesticide residue analysis and detection technology in vegetables in the future.
