摘要
采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水中联苯胺,探究样品前处理条件、色谱分析条件对检测样品的影响,分析得到方法的线性、准确度、精密度和检出限。可得出以下结论:选择甲醇/水体系作为流动相,以甲醇︰水=6︰4梯度洗脱,出峰效果最好;选用MCX固相萃取小柱,以8%氨水体积分数的氨水甲醇溶液为洗脱液,调节样品pH值在8~10进行固相萃取,回收率可达到91.4%。荧光检测器以其高灵敏度、低检出限以及高精密度的优势,可作为高效液相色谱法测定联苯胺的首选检测器。
Solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine benzidine in water. The effects of sample pretreatment conditions and chromatographic analysis conditions on the test samples were explored, and the linearity, accuracy, precision and detection limit of the method were analyzed. The following conclusions can be drawn: choose methanol/water system as the mobile phase, and use methanol︰water=6︰4 gradient elution, the peak extraction effect is the best;choose MCX solid phase extraction cartridges with 8 % ammonia water volume fraction of ammonia water methanol, and the pH value of the sample is adjusted to 8~10 for solid-phase extraction, recovery rate can reach 91.4 %. With its advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit and high precision, the fluorescence detector can be used as the detector of choice for the determination of benzidine by high performance liquid chromatography.
