本文总结了高校易制爆危险化学品管理工作的复杂性、管理部门权责不明确、部分师生对易制爆危险化学品认知不足等实际困难,提出了几项管理对策:对易制爆危险化学品安全管理建章立制,全体师生牢固树立安全意识,建立科学化、规范化、信息化、制度化的安全管理体系。建立易制爆危险化学品全流通环节监管制度,排除安全隐患,避免安全事故,构建平安校园。

This article summarized the practical difficulties in the management of potential explosive hazardous chemicals in universities, such as the complexity of the management, the confused rights and responsibilities of the management department, and the lack of awareness of potential explosive hazardous chemicals. This paper offered several management countermeasures, for example, establishing rules and regulations for the safety management of potential explosive dangerous chemicals, all staff firmly establish safety awareness, setting up a scientific, standardized, informationalized, and institutionalized safety management system. Thus, it is important to establish a supervision system for the whole circulation of potential explosive dangerous chemicals, eliminate potential safety hazards, to avoid safety accidents, and then to build a safe campus.
