摘要
为了服务于海洋强国战略,大力发展海洋化工已经成为非常紧迫的问题。针对化工专业人才培养过程中存在的问题如学习积极性不高,过时的传统教学方法和弱的教学能力等,本文通过“教学+竞赛、教学+人工智能、教学+先进技术、教学+先进分析仪器和教学+工程实践”的结合,有效提升化工专业教学水平,并结合化工课程教学的实际情况,从课堂教学、科学研究、学科竞赛等方面探讨了化工专业人才培养的教学改革。
In order to serve the strategy of becoming a maritime power, it is urgent to develop marine chemical industry. In view of the problems existing in the training process of chemical professionals such as low learning enthusiasm, outdated teaching methods and weak teaching abilities, in this paper, we have taken some efficient strategies to improve the teaching level of chemical engineering by the combination of “teaching + competition, teaching + artificial intelligence, teaching +advanced technology, teaching + advanced analytical instruments and teaching + engineering practice”. And the teaching reform of talent training of chemical engineering from the aspects of classroom teaching, scientific research and discipline competition was also discussed.
