组织调适研究进展与提升策略

Progress of the Research on Organizational Adaptation and the Promoting Strategies

摘要 组织调适是指组织成员有意识地做出决策,采取可观察到的、旨在缩短组织和其内外部经济与制度环境之间差距的行动。组织调适的理论基础包括行为改变理论、资源基础理论和经济进化论。从这些理论出发进行分析,可以发现,影响组织调适的内部因素包括资源、调适能力搜索和行为变化,能力和知识,利益相关方管理;外部因素包括竞争和体制压力,社会规范和期望。从组织调适的影响因素来看,组织调适的提升策略有以下三种:在组织决策中规划好组织调适,在能力建设中侧重组织调适,在合作伙伴中协同好组织调适。
