摘要
优秀员工的流失对企业来说是一种重大的损失,甚至在某种程度上会制约企业的发展。以人力资源从业者为对象,分析其离职倾向的影响因素,通过对3847名人力资源从业者的分析,发现:不同性别人力资源从业者的离职倾向没有显著性差异,子女数量对离职倾向具有显著负向影响,心理资本与离职倾向呈显著性负相关关系,内部竞争力的提高可以显著降低离职倾向,感知的外部竞争力对离职倾向有显著负向影响,内外部竞争力感知与离职倾向的关系受到心理资本的负向调节。
Resignation of outstanding employees causes serious loss for companies,and will hinder development of companies to a certain extent.In this paper,human resource practitioners are taken as the objects and the factors that influence their resignation tendency are analyzed.By investigating 3847 human resources practitioners,this paper finds that:there is no signifi cant difference in resignation tendency between male and female human resources practitioners;the number of children has a significant negative impact on resignation tendency;psychological capital and resignation tendency are significantly negatively correlated;enhancement of internal competitiveness can significantly reduce the resignation tendency;the external competitiveness perceived has a signifi cant negative impact on resignation tendency;the relation between internal and external competitiveness perceived and resignation tendency is negatively regulated by psychological capital.
