摘要
针对农村房屋不动产测绘精度与效率偏低的问题,提出了一种新的农村房屋不动产确权测绘方法。制定农村房屋不动产确权框架,根据农村房屋特征进行航线规划,引入共线方程计算航迹延伸距离,确定航迹覆盖范围,并确定无人机飞行高度。利用尺度不变特征变换(scale-invariant feature transform,SIFT)算法,在数据预处理的基础上匹配图像特征点,三维重建无人机测绘结果,并在开思(CASS)软件中加载实拍图像,以图像为底图,参照实际绘制三维模型,生成大比例尺数字线图,以此完成基于无人机倾斜摄影技术的农村房屋不动产确权。优化了农村房屋不动产确权,结果表明:该方法不仅可以有效提高了测绘精度,还优化了测绘效率,研究结果可应用于不动产确权的实际应用。
To address the problem of low accuracy and efficiency in mapping rural real estate,anew surveying and mapping method of rural housing real estate was put forward.The framework was formulated for confirming the ownership of real estate in rural houses,and the route planning was made according to the characteristics of rural houses.The collinear equations were introduced to calculate the track extension distance,and determine the track coverage and the flight altitude of UAVs.Using the SIFT algorithm,the 3D mapping results of UAV were reconstructed by matching the feature points of the image on the basis of the data preprocessing,and the real images were loaded in the CASS software,the 3D model wasdrawn as the bottom of the image,and the large scale digital line map was generated according to the actual situation,which improvedthe ownership of rural real estate.The results of surveying and mapping of rural real estate based on UAV tilt photography technology showed that the method could not only effectively improve the surveying and mapping accuracy,but also optimize the surveying and mapping efficiency,and the research results could be applied to the actual application of real estate right confirmation.
