养老机构失智老人情感记忆延续照护服务系统研究

RESEARCH ON THE PRODUCT SERVICE SYSTEM OF EMOTIONAL MEMORY CONTINUING CARE FOR THE DEMENTIA ELDERLY IN PENSION INSTITUTIONS

根据失智老人心理特点及情感需求研究,构建养老机构情感记忆延续照护产品服务平台。通过文献研究、问卷调查、用户访谈等形式调研分析养老机构失智老人情感需求在利益相关者之间存在的断层现象,结合服务设计研究方法,梳理当前机构养老服务的痛点。为养老机构线下设计了用于非药物干预疗法的智能交互情感记忆产品,线上设计了满足个性化情感需求的照护服务小程序,线上线下结合搭建起养老机构情感延续照护产品服务系统。提升和完善养老机构产品及服务系统,协调多组织联合帮助改善失智老人认知、记忆等方面的问题。

Based on the research on the psychological characteristics and emotional needs of the elderly with dementia,build a product service platform for emotional memory continuation care in elderly care institutions. Through literature research, questionnaire surveys,user interviews and other forms of research and analysis, the gaps in the emotional needs of elderly people with dementia in elderly care institutions are analyzed between stakeholders,combined with service design research methods,to sort out the pain points of current institutional elderly care services. Designed offline intelligent interactive emotional memory products for non-drug intervention therapy for elderly care institutions,and designed online care service mini programs that meet individualized emotional needs,the online and offline combination builds the emotional continuity care product service system for the elderly care institutions.improve the products and service systems of elderly care institutions,and coordinate multiple organizations to help improve the cognitive and memory problems of the elderly with dementia.
