疫情时期移动医疗APP界面设计优化研究

INTERFACE DESIGN OPTIMIZATION OF MOBILE MEDICAL APP IN EPIDEMIC PERIOD

基于疫情时期移动医疗App暴露的问题,优化移动医疗App界面设计水平与质量。根据移动医疗App的产品特点,运用“界面布局”“字体规范”“信息可视化”“色彩搭配”与“情感体验”上的五种方法,优化了防疫通App的界面设计。设计了能实时科普传播防疫资讯,为用户提供移动医疗服务,满足用户就医问诊的核心需求,同时通过防疫对答等游戏的方式,增强用户情感体验的App产品—防疫通。在优化防疫通App界面设计的基础上,解决了同类App功能不全、规范性不强、美观性低等同质化问题,也为移动医疗产品上的界面设计优化提供了借鉴依据。

Based on the problems exposed by mobile medical App during COVID-19,the interface design level and quality of mobile medical App were optimized. According to the product characteristics of mobile medical App, the interface design of the epidemic prevention App was optimized by using five methods,including "interface layout","font specification","information visualization","color collocation" and "emotional experience". We designed an App product-Epidemic Prevention Pass,which can spread epidemic prevention information in real time,provide mobile medical services for users,meet users’ core needs for medical treatment and consultation,and enhance users’ emotional experience by means of games such as answering epidemic prevention. On the basis of optimizing the interface design of the epidemic prevention App,the homogenization problems of similar APPs with incomplete functions,poor standardization and low aesthetics have been solved,which also provides a reference basis for the interface design optimization of mobile medical products.
