金融支持制造业高质量发展研究——以洛阳市为例

Research on Financial Support for the High Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry

制造业的高质量发展离不开强有力的金融支持。以老工业基地洛阳市为例,在分析金融支持制造业发展机理的基础上,着重总结梳理了金融支持制造业高质量发展的主要做法及成效,指出洛阳市金融支持制造业高质量发展仍存在金融新业态发展滞后、信贷分布不均衡、期限结构不匹配、产品创新跟不上、担保体系不健全等问题,提出了促进金融新业态发展、引导资金合理配置、鼓励产品迭代创新、完善融资风险担保服务体系、优化人才培养和考核机制等五个方面的建议。

Finance is the core of modern economy and the high quality development of manufacturing industry cannot be separated from strong financial support.Take Luoyang city,an old industrial base,as an example.On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of financial support for the development of manufacturing industry,this paper summarizes the main methods and effects of financial support for high-quality development of manufacturing industry.It is pointed out that there are still some problems in Luoyang’s financial support for the high-quality development of its manufacturing industry,such as lagging development of new financial forms,unbalanced credit distribution,mismatched term structure,lagging product innovation and imperfect guarantee system.The paper puts forward suggestions on promoting the development of new financial forms,guiding the rational allocation of funds,encouraging product iterative innovation,improving the financing risk guarantee service system,and optimizing personnel training and assessment mechanism.
